So today I finally finished my build and my car doesn't start. After some diagnosis, Ive found that I'm getting fuel pressure at the rail, and I am getting a really good strong spark from my plugs, and the motor turns, but the car still won't kick over and start. Seems like the only thing left as a variable in the "air-fuel-spark" continuum is the fuel injectors themselves. A buddy of mine advised that it might be the CAS because he has run into that being an issue with his. I havent tested the injectors yet but plan on doing so tommorrow.

Is there anything I should keep in mind or be on the lookout for? Do you guys think it might have something to do with the CAS.

Any help/input would be greatly appreciated. Really wanna get my baby running soon.
Thanks in advance!

Pull the cas out, with the key on, turn the flag and watch the plugs fire, and listen and see if the injectors fire.

Make sure the injector resistor pack is plugged in, and ensure the grounds are all in place. trans, intake, starter.

Ok, as soon as I get some time, i'll pull the cas, test it with my meter, and listen for the injectors to fire. I already tested and know for sure that the spark plugs are firing.

The resistor pack is plugged in, and all grounds should be good (just redid them all to relocate battey and double checked each)

could this at all be related to the fact that i'm running pte 1000's? (Although the V3 is set for them, I'm thinkin it might be worth it to throw the stockers back in just to be sure its not a defect with the particular set i have..:hmm:)

How about compression.
Compression should be fine, did a comp test not too long ago. Approx 150 across the boards, and I haven't made any changes to the motor or driven it since then
