2G No ignition signal or fuel signal

I did a battery relocation and a bunch of other stuff to my car, which ran fine before I took it apart. Now I can get it to crank but it won't start. I checked the injector signal and the spark signal. I only get like 1 blip from the spark when turning it over and nothing else. I'm not showing a code for the anti-theft either. Any ideas as to what could be hooked up wrong or going wrong?

I have my fuel pump working and fuel to the rail, it cranks over. My coolant temp sensors are plugged in. I even tried pulling the CAS out and spinning it around with the key on to try to hear what's going on. When I spin the cas I can hear something near the fuse box but no ignition or injectors. So the cas must be working so what could be hooked up wrong?
 
Seems we are having the same issue pretty much. Except I dont get a CEL.

In mine, I replaced the CAS, CPS, and power transistor. As for what I understand, all thats left in my case is the MPI/MFI relay, Coil Packs, Engine fuse, and ECU.

Seeing as you had your car taken apart, follow the harness, and make sure theres no open plugs on the harness, and that every one is plugged in all the way. Make sure that the ground is still on the intake manifold, to the firewall.(That caused my car to die on me before)

Do you have a way to test for power?
 
Ya I have testers. I have the transistor pack grounded but not the new SMIM
 
How do I test that? I've used a timing light and an injector noid so far, both of those showed no signal.
I know the cas is working. I turned the key on, took the CAS out and turned it. It would engage the fuel pump and I could hear something near the fusebox but not injectors or ignition.

Ok thanks. Sorry but I don't know the abbreviation for PT. What is that. I don't have a CPS, got a 1g hooked up to it and I know the CAS works. I've checked my fuses too and they look good and have continuity, including the engine fuse.
 
I think I'm not getting any power to the injectors, but my fuses are good. Is that further evidence toward the MFI relay? I just hope it's not the wiring harness.
