No fuel trim readings?!

I can't seem to find any threads with this issue.

91 galant vr4
ecmlink v3
450cc inj.
14b turbo
gm 3" maf

I am getting no readings for STFT, LTFT or CombinedFT. They are at 0% all the time. I'm just trying to get an idle and basic start up tune. I've watched all the videos from ecmtuning.com

I guess I'm wondering what feeds the fuel trim readings? My o2 sensor is also stuck at .06 with no fluctuation. I am on my way now to pick up a new sensor.
I know a bad o2 sensor will cause issues, but from the logs I've seen with bad sensors people still have Fuel trim readings.

I will try and post a log soon. Please any help would be greatly appreciated!

Car is stuck in open loop where fuel trims are not used. Dead o2 could cause this as well as dead ect and a couple other sensors if i remember correctly

I know open loop requires no fuel trims, however the logs I've seen with the car in open loop (On ecmlink) the fuel trim are still fluctuating...

Turns out since battery was disconnected car had no memory of any stored fuel trims. After wiring up my LC1 to my factory O2 wiring and using DSMlinks narrowband simulator I was able to record STFT LTFT and CombFT
