Help!!! No High Fuel Trim

My car has been acting funny lately, at WOT it will start bucking like fuel cut but really shutting off. But i have a chip for no fuel cut, then tonight i finally got my logger on it and there is no high fuel trim!!
There just isnt a number there!!!

Could there be a problem with the ecu that it has no high fuel trim and the second it gets to the amount of air flow that would kiick it into high trim it it just doesnt do anything?

It has to be some value stored at the memory location used for the high trim so I suspect you have other problems with your ECU given the way the car is running. Time to take a close look at it. Have you have the caps changed?
