2G No dash lights, No starting issue. Door lights come on when door is open.......

This has been happening for a while now car drives fine all day long. When parking at night it won't start again I turn the key and nothing happens no lights on the dash or nothing but the lights come on when I open the door so there's power everywhere else just the key doesn't do anything else like I turn it and no start no nothing but in the morning it starts right up. Any suggestions would be appreciated! Thanks,

Start with the basics. Check grounds, all cables, starter and battery. I would suggest physically removing all major grounds around battery and cleaning them thoroughly.

Thanks for your input. My battery is in my trunk, and I've made sure it's grounded good. I just don't know where else to look? Steering column been gone through... Could my ecu cause this? It's socketed with link chip. I've got power going into it. I'm stumped where else to look.....! Any insights at all would help!
