i have a 95 gsx awd turbo 16g had it for about a year now and have not be able to drive it for some reason... i have got a brand new block and turbo and head and every thing and the issuse im having before with that car is that there was only compression in 1/2 and not 3/ 4 and now that i did that all its still doing the same thing... the person that timed the car did it wrong the frist time but tryed to crank it like 20 times till he find out he did it wrong could that have blow my block or my head or any thing in my car to lose compression????? every thing else is stock nothing to crazy new crank and cam sensces... i just dont understand this motor on this car i neeeedddddddd help some one ### help meeeeeee

yea that the same thing im thinking ### every one i talk to say there only to place compression is in the block or in the head and if it not working some thing wrong with thin one of those two spots.. is there any thing else that could make 3 and 4 not work ????

Sounds like the valves. Could be bent and not seat correctly and would allow for the air to escape. Best bet it to pull the head and check for yourself. And how did they time it wrong? Did it jump teeth or something?

If the timing is still off on the car this is what I would do.
-I would take off the timing belt and remove the spark plugs.
-After that, remove the valve cover so you can see the cams. Remove the cam caps and take out the cams. This will close the valves. You will also have to remove the Cam Angle Sensor on the passenger side of the intake cam.
-If you have a compression tester and an air compressor you'll need them.
-Take the hose for the compression tester and remove the valve in the end of the hose with a pair of needle nose pliers. It should be threaded and just unscrew it.
-Now thread the compression tester hose into the spark plug hole.
-Connect the air line from the air compressor and listen and feel for air coming out.
-If air is coming out of the intake, the intake valves are bent, if it's coming out of the exhaust, the exhaust valves are shot.
-If air isn't coming out of either, then reinstall the valve cover and see if you can hear air coming out of the dipstick tube or the line that comes off the passenger side of the valve cover.
-If you can't hear air coming out of anything, then you got lucky and everything shoudl be ok once you reinstall the timing belt properly.
I hope this helps.

Pull your spark plug and dump some oil in the cylinder and retest. Rings could be dry.

Rings are not going to give 0 compression. What you meant is the piston and rungs are COLD, not dry.
