cam/crank sensors new new pcm.but no power to coil or pulse.relay is new.what else could it be?

Fuses good batterys good.Im the third person with this car tracking down this problem.Tracked down the last person who had this running.Said he was at the laundry mat came out no start.Wiggled upper pcm harness and it started. But finaly that didnt work.Tryed 3 diff computers, new cam crank sensors.Im starting to think short in upper harness by pcm.

I mean you can test the power throughout the harness to see if there is in fact a short. Makes sense that you could have a short, I did :\ .

How did you probe the wires to check them?I have a digital multimeter.
