I recently tore down my 98 eclipse rs 2.0 n/t. I sent the engine out to overbore.com, received the engine, installed it turned the key and the car just cranks. We thought it was the coil and back-probed the harness at the connector with a test light turned the car over and found I had no power at the harness. I checked the relay and that doesn't look burnt nor do any of the fuses look burnt or popped. What should be my next step???

OK I just found a thread that said chech the ASD relay, what the hell is that, and where abouts is it located?
