no 3rd or 4th, have the rest, 2G

Driving along fine and I lost 3rd and 4th gears both. No noise, 1,2,5 & R are fine. The shifter feels fine but the tranny go to neutral when 3rd or 4th are selected. Appreciate any ideas to get started?

There really isn't much you can do but take apart the transmission and look at everything inside.
