2G transmission problem no 3rd or 4th

So researched a little and it seems ike no one else has had this problem. Last night i went to slam 3rd gear and i heard a pop. i thought i missed 3rd, well 3rd is not there you can take it in and out with the clutch released and nothing. Same with 4th. So i stopped at a light, went to take off and i heard a ping and something feel on the ground. I picked it up and this is it... Look at this pictures. I have no ideae what it is. Also now 1st 2nd 5th and reverse are starting to act weird, like i go to put it in gera and i have to let out of the clutch a tad for it to pop all the way in the gear. This is transmission #3 i've been through =[ I just wanna know what this piece is

It sounds like you lost the shift fork for 3rd and 4th. Or the syncro's for that gear set are gone. As for the piece in the picture I'm not sure what it is. put something next to it to compare the size.

Im not sure. To me it looks like a part of the carrier bearing but i couldn't tell you for sure.

yea i have no idea either man. Tired of going through trannys

I understand that. I went through 4 in my first gen awd. I finally decided to just put a fwd tranny in while i save up for a built one.
