i have 1v9Cb ROM now i need grounded pin 91 from ecu again and connect cable from clutch to pin 44 ??? correct me maybe i think wrong ??

did you try pulling the wire from the ECU pin 91 and checking the clutch switch where you plug it into the ECU? it is possible that you accidentally taped the wrong wire for the clutch switch. obviously when you push in and out on the clutch switch it should open and close the circuit. sounds like the wire going to the ECU is grounded out somewhere... maybe try pulling it out and see if your car still keeps the rev limit set at your NLTS setting.

wire taped on correct position .

I have an idea...........try speaking ENGLISH!!!

i try my best m.ran:barf:

i try on older version with pin 91 on ecu nothing change rpm just hit 5450 when nlts disable rpm hit red line.
whatever is pin connected or not when i turn enable nlts only hit same rpm like on setup on nlts maybe i need change more on ceddymods ??? like extra pin on ecu no only new pin to 44 .

if i am reading you correctly the ECU is using the NLTS set RPM when you have that option activated whether you have the clutch pushed in or not even when you have no wire connected from the clutch to the ECU... i am running an EVO8 ecu so i had to look at the Ceddymod thread for a minuet to figure out what pin at the ecu you need to be using, you shouldn't be touching pin 91 at all just pin 44. and you are sure that the wire is hooked up correctly at the clutch switch, if you pull the wire that you added from the clutch switch to the ecu out of the ECU and test with a multimeter at the pin you pulled from the ecu every time you push the clutch pedal in it switches from open to ground and back??? if that is the case then you need to send Ceddy a PM directly and address it with him, there might be something else wrong...

was your car an auto at one point and had a manual conversion done to it?

my car is factory manual with ECU from 98 gst, switch working good when i push clutch pedal ground show on pin 44 (on older version ROM pin 91) setup exactly same like on instruction page on ceddy website.
no clue what is wrong engine just hit rpm same like on nlts setup when disable nlts option hit red line easy .
i never need push clutch for start engine anyway i connect new plug to switch just for nlts and connect one wire directly to ground and 2nd wire to ecu pin 44 maybe this setup is wrong ??

You should have newest rom (1.9C) and be connected to pin #44.

Make sure you are connected to the correct wire by testing it with a multimeter. It should go from open to ground when the clutch is depressed.

Also Launch Control and NLTS must be enabled in the Setup Bits.

i have already ROM 2055011-mod-1v9Cb-MAF_eclips.hex , wire is connected to pin 44 when clutch pedal release circuit is open , push circuit is closed tested on multimeter .
launch control and nlts is enabled .

Should be working with the above settings.

Are you sure you are on the Clutch Safety Switch and not the Cruise Control Switch? I think there are two switches on some model cars.

All I can say is double check your wiring. I know NLTS works on my and a few others cars, so must be something with your setup.

have you tried running a wire from pin 44 on the ecu straight to ground just to see if you get the regular rev limit? that will be an easy way to tell if it is something internal in the ECU or your wiring.

no i have only one switch directly connect to ground and 2nd wire to ecu

i connect new ecu on this weekend and let u know.

I have the same issue. 2 step still works fine. Clutch in or out the engine only goes to. Nlts rpm. I turned Nlts off and revs to 8k. Correct me if I'm wrong but it should be ( low speed -2 step, high spd pin 44 open- 1 step, high spd pin 44 gnd- 3 step.)

Under the Speed Switch (7 mph)
2-Step active.

Over the Speed Switch (7 mph)
If Clutch depress(Grounded) - NLTS
If Clutch not press(UnGrounded) - Normal RevLimit.

Check your wiring with a meter, I will try to get some pics if I have a chance. But if I remember correctly its really hard to get a good look up there because of the tight space.

(Also make sure the switch plug is connected, sometimes previous owners unhook it.)

I have working on the Evo5/6 Mods, and with feed back from them(Many race/rally their cars, since they aren't really "production" cars) I have a few more improvements to Launch Control.

One being a TPS Switch for the 2-Step.
Light Throttle = No 2-Step, pull out in gravel.
Hard Throttle = 2-Step Active, with AntiLag also if enabled.

Also an improvement to AntiLag AFR, that will allow AFRs down to 1:1!, for fireballs, if you want to let your inner ricer out. :)

Also added Map Switching controlled a by switch. Switch Timing and Fuel Maps and Injector Size. 91/93, 93/E85, 93/Race Gas maps, etc.

If Flex-Fuel sensors come down in price a lot, I will be adding support.

Should have Evo5/6 Mods done fairly soon, then will finish DSM Mods 2.0 up, which is going to be a huge release feature wise.

I think we may be using two different switches. I know me as well as a few other people have NLTS working in it current configuration.

Think you need the green wire off the white connector that goes to clutch switch.

I may add a Inverted logic switch to next version so any switch can be used.

If I remember right, both switches work the same (clutch out=open, depressed =gnd) but you said gnd to pin 44 activates the nlts rpm limit. With slot 44 empty and nlts "on" it limits at the nlts rpm all the time. Are you sure I don't somehow have this bass akwards?
