ECUflash tuning with ceddy mods help

Ok guys I have chandged a lot in my setup over the last 2 months turbo injectors ect. Well I went and tuned the other day with all my stuff setup to what I have running but car won't start it cranks and will start if I put my foot on the gas but won't rev over 2k any idea what's going on and where to start would be greatly appreciated.
