To answer your horrible attempt at sentence structure, no, it will not bolt right up unless you get an install kit which would need a j pipe for sure. Before you go and turn the boost up and think everything is fine and dandy,
do all of your maintenance before any mods. Once everything is replace that should be done (full OEM timing job) then follow this guide Tech Guide: 2G 4G63t Upgrades - DSMtuners.

A 16g will bolt up with an install kit but i don't recommend it on a stock set up. I had a 16g with a wally 255 and key driverchip and could only run 10lbs with no knock. I would say go with a stock turbo or maybe even a 1st gen 14b turbo on a stock set up. Nut that is just my opinion and I'm sure there are people who disagree. Hope it helps and good luck.

You should be fine with a 16g at stock boost levels if you need a replacement turbo. Don't expect any gains until you upgrade the fuel system and get something to tune with though. Like liquidx recommended, check out the upgrade paths on the site. Once you install all the necessary parts you will see significant gains over the stock t25.
