newbie help

hey im a newbie and i need all the help i can get.i have a 97 rs non turbo and the engine is almost blown. ive found a gst but i dont know how much it will cost yet and if its a lot i cant afford it. if anybody knows of any good sites besides autotrader and ebay can i please know, or if u know somebody thats selling a gst or gsx cheap let me know alos thanx

I picked up my 99 GST for about 10K. The dealership that had it was sending it to auction the very next day, so I jumped on it when I could. I could of waited for the auction, but didn't. I've also seen some GST's go for 17K. You just gotta shop around. Most important, don't be in a HURRY! Take your time and do some reasearch. If you don't, you could end up buying somebody else's problem.

A good place to check out is dsmtrader.com you can also check out thepartstrader.com as well but there isn't as much there.
