I have a 97 gst, im looking to build my car for a daily driver at around 300whp, im sure i will need dsmlink, fuel pump, aem wideband, and a 16g, i already have a front mount intercooler, what size injectors/fuel pump will help me reach this goal cheaply, and also will dsmlink work with my sony vaio laptop? also whats with the eprom ecu i keep reading about? please no bashing.

Why would be bash but we will try to educate you and give advice, have you looked into what a eprom is lots of information on it once you begin to look around. Also check out the upgrade path for our cars.

also while you where typing the title of the thread, you should make it relevant to what you want to share, show of figure out i.e: "300 hp goal" several threads WILL pop up.

p.s. dont get used to everything being linked for you. its more time consuming that searching it yourself. granted some things are harder to find than others but this is not the case.

i guess what im asking is what is the cheapest way to do it, can i use evo injectors/fuel pump and stuff like that? an have searched but seems in all the threads people end up fighting over what and what size stuff to use.

Yup Evo injectors and a 255 will do the trick. If you play your cards right you can get a very cheap set off the Evo forums (hint hint).
