New turbo, Should i worry?

Well like the title says i received my new turbo today but upon inspection of it i saw this? Looks like the turbine housing was or is damaged/cracked? Should i be concerned about it splitting open after a few heat cycles? Both cracks/marks line up so perfect on the inside and outside!

Now i contacted the vendor and i didn't start this to flame them. I just wanna know if i should worry about it cracking? Thanks

I see the "X04", so I'm assuming it's a high-nickel Evo III housing.

It appears to be a simple casting flaw- I wouldn't worry about it. Is there any type of warranty given by the seller?
