New to Elcipses... what to look for, and prices on rebuilds

Im going to look at an 1990 Eclipse today... its the turbo version 4 cyl. (GST?)

1. What common problems occur on these cars that i need to be aware of?
2. How much would a rebuild OR Japanese spec replacement run? (engine and turbo)
3. Anyone in or near Las vegas know a good shop to take it to?
4. How difficult is it to find parts?
