New missfire

So, i did a new clutch install on my 96 tsi awd, the car was running perfectly before. After i started it, it gave me an engine code of a missfire and its still idleing poorly and you can hear it missfiring. What are some common things to check for this problem?


Also if anyone knows, after my clutch was put back together my car is making a kind of squeeling noise when turning left or going straight at very low speeds. Turning right its gone. Sounds like its coming out of the transfer case?

Figured out the second issue, anyone know what to check for a missfire?

Check all the electrical/vacuum connections you had to pull off to remove the transmission. If it wasn't doing it before then your spark plugs didn't all the sudden go bad, odds are you forgot to connect something.
