Welcome to the fantastic (sometimes heart wrenching) world of DSM. The best place to find transmissions would be the junkyard or craigslist.
I will have to correct you, though, by letting you know that these transmissions are incredible. I have a 96 AWD turbo (automatic) and I've never had a single tranny problem. My brother and numerous friends of mine have the 5 speed and only problems they have is clutches and flywheels burning up (due to the fact that they are so much fun to drive hard). As long as you know how to work on your vehicle, your 1g N/A will take you quite a ways, so have fun and GET THOSE TIRES REPLACED!!!

Once again, welcome to our world.

Welcome to the forums. Love the look you've got going on your Eclipse (sweet Bimmer too)! I do more reading on these forums than replying but there's a wealth of info on here. Even for us N/A DSMers.

Craigslist is where I get everything I need. Rarely need to hit the junkyards.

@KKneipper: didn't know there was another man from Canon on here. Next time I visit Penrose we gotta hit the back roads in my AWD 323 Mazda!

you can also check the classifieds on here. lots of good stuff in there

welcome to the addiction man!
