New Exhaust.. new problems.

I just got done installing my exhaust system and took it for a test drive. The car makes a screaching noise for a few seconds when i started it up.. hmm. My A/F seemed a tad lean but nothing real bad.. then i took it to the street and floored it i got to high RPM and it makes this high pitch whine.. hmm. After I left off the gas on that test I saw my A/F guage showing lean.. real lean.. constant lean. I stopped the car and turned it off.. turned it back on.. still stuck on lean. Did i damage my 02 sensor when I installed the system? Or did something mess up when I tested it? I'll be able to give more info in the morning when I try to check it out some more. Im just too tired and its dark and raining outside so I best leave it for the morning. The exhaust is real nice though.. sounds great. I did end up messing up on one of the bolts for the 02 housing.. so its only on with 3 bolts till i fix that one hole. Other then that everything else should be in order.

well i took it out again.. seems after a few minutes of driving it went back to normal. Only problem i am seeing is a little bit of fumes from the place where that bolt is not in. I can smell the exhaust gas a bit and I plan on getting that fixed soon.
