Car has started to run hot in 80 degree plus weather here recently, No issue in cold weather or morning/ night... It has a new Radiator, Rad Cap, Temp sensors, Stock working fans, Thermostat, Head gasket, Water pump. Zero coolant leaks and got up to 240 on me today on the interstate.

Im not losing any coolant, No smoking or anything stupid car runs great besides this.. No idea

I tried this did not work for me. Ducting fans and hood vent did.
My car will run 185 degrees in weather over 95 degrees and humid fan running all the time via ecm link. Running normal she will hit 192 to 195 degrees max I've seen. I still have my a/c compressor.

Assuming no mechanical issues like compromised head gasket, thermostat and coolant leaks, the #1 reason for overheating is an inefficient radiator (Keep in mind radiator blockages, inoperable cooling fans, or insufficient non-OEM fans being used is included here.)

are you still running an EGR? if yes, i bet it is not sealing correctly. the explanation for what this has to do with overheating is fairly lengthy so i am not going to cover it since you didnt answer the questions about what felt hot. but it is worth checking.

Im not a believer in the ducting theory, Ive had a 1G with this same intercooler setup with no ducting, FP Mani with no heatshields and it never ran hot in the summer even with the air on. No coolant type/ Mixture ratio, watter wetter or none has any effect all same results. I believe I either have a warped head or a design flawed new radiator... Going to do a leak down test once it cools off and see if I get air in the cooling system, this is frustrating because the car runs damn perfect if its not 85-90 outside... Still no lost coolant, No Oil in coolant or Coolant in Oil etc.

I would also think the radiator itself could be causing the issue, I don't have a whole lot of overheating dsm experience but I did with my old dodge pickup, my issue ended up being my water pump was slowly dying on me. in lower weather temps I didn't really worry but when the sun decided to pop out my truck was slowly getting hotter and hotter each cycle. Maybe something to look into. I just wiggled mine with my hand and could tell it didn't enjoy spinning anymore.

Another possibility is that your A/C condenser is full of dirt/debris and limiting the airflow through the radiator.

Ok guys after further review and a Compression/ Leak down test Ive found the culprit... Warped Cylinder Head. Im getting air in between cylinders 1&2 during the test ( Air heard and blowing out of cylinder #2s plug hole while putting 100psi into cylinder 1 and the even more angering result is even the simple compression test shows the issue. Cylinders 1, 3, and 4 have 153-155psi and cylinder 2 is at 129... Hot test and kicking my self in the A$$ For not doing these simple test earlier. Some of the combustion gases transferring between 1&2 must be finding their way slightly into the coolant ports in the head/block.

Sucks because I just had the damn head off, I told myself to go get it surfaced but NOOOOO I threw it back on anyway... Its ok nothing a few beers and some cussing cant fix!

anytime i pull a head for a blown head gasket i put a straight edge to see if the head is warped . i know not everybody has a straight edge but sending the head to a machine shop to get it checked out is also a good idea.

She must have been overheating a lot and pretty badly. Hopefully that's the only reason why she ran hot even though I doubt it, but you still need to find out why she overheated. Warped head is the result not the culprit.
