New dsm owner fuel cut at factory boost problems

I have a 92 talon that has a six bolt evo three motor in it I am gettin fuel cut at 13 lbs at 5300 rpms it pulls great till then but the boost spikes and I get hellatious fuel cut. I put on hard piping inner cooler adjustable waste gate have 3 inch turbo back exhaust with a wastegate dump. Did a vaccine delete and have the wastegate running at factory specs. New plugs wires fuel filter all belts vaccum lines the yellow top injectors please help!!!!

WTF You should get all your vaccinations. Probably wouldn't hurt to do a BLT too.

Problem fixed the second hose on the intake side that goes back toward the firewall was not hooked up now it pulls like a champ. I have the boost set at ten haw far can I go up with the evo three motor and yellow top injectors?

It is a evo three motor checked all the numbers guy!!!!

What all will I need to install the 16g I just bought it has the fins clipped and it is ported it also comes with a adjustable wastegate.....
