new brian crower cams installed

[90 Talon AWD]

i installed my new brian crower cams on my new engine i rebuilt and the cams come close to touching the cam caps is this normal with after market cams. Thanks for the help.

Which cams did you get, and yes it "might" be normal, and i stress might. Can you post a pic.

i mean there not touching or anything and the cam gears are in line with each other i checked them with a straight edge but i dont have any pics now i can post some tomorrow but they turn fine and also, i have BC springs and retainers. Thanks

I'm kind of confused on what exactly your trying to say. Did you tighten your cams down in sequence?

Thats fine, as long as there not grinding. Im guessing you got 280's.

yea thats what they looked like thanks alot man i just wanted to make sure before i put my engine back in here in a couple days and they are 272's. Thanks guys for the help.
