MY .02 make a new all URETHANE kit cuz Glass Suxx Bumm.... All urethane DRIFT front , some rear with exhaust opening on both sides so EVRY1 is accomadated and NO1 is left out and then i dunno what sides, I jus love the Drift front and want one in urethane

Urethane would cost 4-5 times more than fiberglass to make, and we would need at least that many more pre-buys. It's basically several times harder to put a project together for urethane.

Lets get it back on track here. I still think my designs are pretty cool. I really like the em front bumper with the bigger air scoops. THE CAR LOOKS SO MUCH MORE AGGRESSIVE!. That is awesome, plus most of us won't add sideskirts or anything to it, so it's also saving us money.

Ok here are two chops I did. I think i could design a really good looking front bumper for our 2G's just give me some ideas.

That first pic looks a lot like my car ... only I still have my mitsu emblem on my bumper. Hey wait a minute ... that guy has the same windshield banner!!!

all we need is a nice clean lip kit that makes the car look 1.5" lower all the way around. I'd buy it for sure. I still have a stock body just because I don't like mixing and matching kits because I hate it when it's not even in the end. Liek the front bumper hangs lower than the rest .. or the sides hang lower than the front ... stuff like that. We just need an even 1.5" drop lip kit and keeps the stock clean look.

nah I don't care. At least that way I get it see what it would look like on MY actual car before I buy . I'd recommend a nice front lip and some sideskirts that have the stock clean look but just hang lower and a rear lip ... that would just look badass. I don't really wanna get to the point where it's considered ricey.

Oh ... my intercooler really is centered. I took that pic with the bumper just hanging there. I only have 2 bolts total holding it up and the headlights just resting in there to take a pic ... so please no comments about how the intercooler isn't 100% centered

Heck, I wish someone would make the 2gb talon nose w/o the durn eagle emblem and just about a 1" lip about 4 inches back on the chin.
I like the 2Gb Mitsu nose, but I see it everywhere, and i don't want to lose my fogs or have to buy 97+ Mitsu lights. There is nothing except Kalmari for Eagles.

I will work on the eagle front end because I think it looks awesome as well. I'm going to lowerit a little bit and take out the eagle emblem. Also, were going to utilize the eclipse headlights If possible try to find me a front shot (high quality helps) of a white or silver talon like the one of the eclipse I chopped before.

Sorry, that chopped 97 front with the nostrils is ugly as hell. Match it with a WS6 hood and you have a Mitsu/Pontiac freak.

If you want to look rental, be consistent and stay OEM. Very amusing to observe the OEM guys trying to find ways to modify the 97-99 front end. Can't have it both ways, you're either OEM or you're not. The price of being OEM is you all look alike -- that's what you wanted so just deal with it.

Didn't someone put the red ABFlug one on a DSM? With a 300zx headlight conversion too, didn't look to bad, although I would have used 3000gt headlights over the 300zx.

What about making kits and fenders specialized for headlight conversions? S15 kits, R33 kits, Supra kits, the works...do some research on who would want what kinda kit the most (id rock an S15 kit). The entire kit could include various front ends prepped for headlight conversion, various fenders also prepped for converted headlights, possibly hood? or do most kits not touch the hood? But the again, im going to try and keep it as stock as possible on the outside...Thats just my .02

I'm currently working on A supra tail conversion bolt on kit. I need to make a mold( find someone willing to make molds. The fabrication is pretty much done. I need to speak to Leo ( boogieman) I'll post a sneak preview if i can load it.

yea thats what front end it is, im sure he was talkin about the widebody part of it though. its the nsx widebody kit or whatever and you can use whatever front end.


and as far as bolt on converstions :thumbdown everyone and their mom will now be rocking s15 heads and supra tails, there is nothing wrong with someone having it when its done right, but making a "bolt on" part is stupid IMO. it just like slaps the people across the face that took a lot of their time to CUSTOMIZE their car. if a new kit is made, it should be made to directly use 2g eclipse parts, if someone wants to do a converstion, let them do it the right way.

putting on a body kit used to be custom too when people made their own, now they buy them, where's the difference? i'd like a bolt on headlight conversion... but hey, to each their own opinion
