Only update is a fuel change. gonna try to go out Saturday to see whats up with running full meth. Car at 37 psi is up a solid 90 whp changing nothing but fuel, still on the same timing as e98. added 3* of timing and picked up another 50ish whp. that being said, maybe something fun to report on Sunday.

You gained 140hp from just changing fuel and timing...man too bad they don't sell meth at the gas stations like they do E85.

Sooo, when are you headed back to the track. You have been super quiet this year on the forum. I blew my car up once again, so upset about it until I am just sick. I am going to switch to another ecu and probably go mechanical pump. But anyways, let's see something exciting before winter. I think I am going to drop off the talon and let you go through it for the winter and 1 spare motor to go with it. The mph that you trapped was just retarded, your on your way to something special and I hope it comes this year.

Weather has pretty much screwed my rest of season. If I make any passes here on out its gonna be in Cali or down in Vegas IFO, I was pretty excited to go out on this new meth tune, car is seemingly much more rowdy then ever before. Oh well, just more DiSappointMent.

I'm curious if its more of what rpm he is going through the traps more than the slicks size.

Slicks are M&H 26x8.5x15". He made two 8.0 passes yesterday, one at 172mph and one at 174mph.

Im aware, I have 2 auto's .... but at 8k rpm im at 130mph in 3rd with 25" tall street tires which is no where close to his 170+mph passes (at probly 9k+ rpm) thats why I was wondering his tire size because it will make the gears a little taller and he can get a little more speed out of each gear.

Damn well glad my motor is balanced to 10k rpm just in case I need it at the track ... plus my sinister converter is pretty damn efficient up top which helps things
