NEW 1g bov flutter

OK heres the story. I bought a used 1g crushed bov and it fluttered. So I went on to dejontool and ordered a BRAND NEW 1g bov. I install the bov, and the bov is still fluttering, partial throttle or WOT. So I am trying to figure out what could be my problem.

I usually read about fluttering problems after crushing the 1g bov, but not on brand new ones. Can anyone give me some ideas what to check for. Or adjust to stop the fluttering. I just want a normal pssst. Nothing fancy.

So what should I look for or change to help with my fluttering problem????

Wheres your bov line run from ? How is the gasket holding it to the flange? and how many boost leaks do you have? (hope none)

If the bov line is run with other lines tapped in to it, sometimes it will hinder the vac/boost responce for it to opperate.

If your gasket between the bov and flange is leaking then instead of the pressure completly comming out of the bov it will leak out the gasket and barely open the piston to give it a flutter sound.

If you have a boost leak..the excess pressure built when you let of the throttle will escape through those holes and cause the same effect as the leaky gasket. check those 3 things and let us know. Goodluck.
