1g Bov flutter under boost

I just put a T04B internally gated on along w/ a fmic. I'm running a vented GM Maf. In gears 1-3 the bov is fine, i hit about 18psi in third gear and shifted at around 5k. In 4th and 5th once I reach around 10psi the bov with start going off even though the gas pedal is still depressed. I was wondering if this is a sign of a bad 1g bov or if its just a symptom to another probelm. All help is appreaciated.

Just sounds like a leaking BOV to me, you could look into getting it crushed....

Thats what I figured/hoped I just didn't want to go buy a new one if it was some other problem. I'll probably go with the new greddy rs, If I have any money left after Christmas. Thanks alot

Dont... i have the greddy type-s and am having the same prob wit ha super 20 at about 15 psi.. if you wanna boost go with the type-r .. thats on my christmas list

I just bought a T04B as well and am experiencing the same problem. I tried hooking the boost source straight to the actuator and have the same problem still. I didnt experience this prior to the install. Its gotta be something really simple thats being over looked. I have a hard time accepting that it's the BOV if I ran 19psi on a EVOIII prior to the install...
