New 16g makes a noise.

I just bought a big 16g from FP and I have yet to install it. I searched so I know a little side to side shaft play is ok when a turbo is new. My question is sometimes it will make a really faint click when spinning the blade, it comes from the center section. Sometimes if I move the blade it won't make it at all, is this faint noise normal? Is it beacuse there is no oil in the bearings yet?

These types of turbo's require a good amount of oil to "float" the shaft. Normal..
