I Have a 97 GST, I Currently dont have the money for sopporting mods for a bigger turbo and my turbo blew, i was wondering if any of you guys new were i can get a new one "a site" or rebuilt with 0 miles on it, or how much the dealer is selling them for, also i can just bolt the t25 right and and im off correct?

Try a junkyard, or one of the members here if you need a t25.
A new or like-new turbo from a retailer or wholesaler will (and I'm guessing here) cost you as much as an upgrade.

Or, just get the new turbo and don't worry about the supporting mods until you can afford them. Just understand there are dire consequences for not behaving in the mean time :nono:

*edit* : Yes replacing a t25 with a t25 is very straight forward and "simple." The un-simple part is getting the old bolts off. The oil line is tricky, because you probably will be re-using that and you don't want to F it up (and it is real fragile).

My stock t-25 blew and when I took it to the dealer they said it would cost 1800 to replace.WTF So I just went ahead and bought an EVOIII16G with 2g install kit and evoIII ported manifold for 700 bucks! Huge difference in power and my car is stock besides intake and bov. Well worth the money.

I have a very good condition T25 Turbo-charger minus the compressor housing.

I had to cut the compressor housing on this good T25 to repair my FPbig28. No problems with it as long as you can remove and replace a compressor housing.

PM me for price/shipping.
