Need some help...20g+bolt ons

I am looking for someone who has some expertise with the Hahn racecraft 20g and drag racing.

I just purchased this car..and dont have much time playing with it, so ill tell you what i know.

It is a 96tsi awd, stock weight, engine mods are HRC 20g, 660cc injectors, injen intake, stock motor, stock cams, stock IM and TB, it has dsm link 2.5, and a HRC side mount intercooler which was ridiculously overpriced ($599) that the previous owner purchased. It has 3" exhaust and a ported manifold and o2 housing. It has act 2600 with a lightened flywheel i believe and the car does have rear posi.
I am running 17psi now says the dsmlink but not sure how accurate that is. I have narrowed it down to 11.3-11.6 a/f's, and we are still trying to iron out the timing to get rid of some spots where its knocking. We will be increasing to 20psi hopefully, and then trying a 107octane tune.

I am whole heartedly a v8 guy, but decided to try something different so its very hard for me to judge this thing.
First question..what kind of times should i be aiming for in the quarter mile? What is respectable and what is best case scenario?

2ndly, how accurate is the dsmlink 2.5 when its showing a/f's, and boost pressure, etc?
I dont know if this guy had ever put a wideband o2 in the car which im assuming he hasnt. Would the stock o2 be able to even give me a close reading?

Also, i do not think the FPR is a boost adjusting one where it increases 1lb of fuel pressure per lb of boost or whatever. Is this something I will need because the DSMLINK is saying with the 660's we have in it now, we're at 90%-120% Injector duty cycle. (this may be ironed out once i pull one out and cross reference to find out what injectors we have).
 
Well first off dont expect anyone to tell you what kind of times itll run because that would be considered "bench racing". Take it to the track and see what itll run. You need to get a boost gauge because my dsmlink boostest is about 5 pounds higher than actual boost.
 
I wasnt asking what it will run, im just asking what is its capabilities with my set-up so I know if we're getting close to the potential of the car or if something we're doing is way off.

the 20g does not start to shine after 20+ psi therefore at 20 plus you will max out your fuel injectors
I would recommend to get 1000~1200 injectors and 255 fuel pump (i was at 25psi on 1200cc 50%IDC 13*of timing 91 pump ) Also acquire a wide band O2 and wire up to your ecu so you can log your AFR on dsmlink
The reason i recommend big injectors it gives you "cushion" when you want to boost more you have the injector for it when you "run out" fuel you can always go to E85 you already have the big injectors
If you want to keep your 660cc injectors i would look in to water meth injection that wuold work also

i don't see a fuel pump on your mod list maybe that's why you have 120% IDC

I recommend big injectors Cam 272 to help the engine flow all that boost,wideband, 255fuel pump

Hey thanks for the help. I do have a 255 it in right now so thats ok. I dont have a wideband yet, thats next on the list. The injectors we figure are only 560's now...they are maxing out at 17-18psi. The 20g is meant for more then 20psi?

We are finding it is spiking to 22-23, and then dying off on the top and cant figure out why. It has decent power on the bottom but the top end sucks...
Do you think something is restricting things? I have an INJEN intake tube...it looks like it is very small where it goes onto the turbo inlet...could that be aproblem?>

Yes, the 20g is meant to start making power at 20+psi So with that in mind if your 560 are maxing out at 18psi them yeah you need bigger injectors

Second thing what are you using to tune ?? Dsmlink ? It sounds to me that your car is knocking therefore the stock ECU is pulling timing there making the car feel slow on the. Top end
If you have dsmlink post a log of your car

Last thing I would stock the tuning untill you acquire a wideband check for boost leaks
