Need some buying advice....

Ok, I'm looking at a rebuilt 95 GSX. I was told that the damage was purely cosmetic and I'm going to have the frame and new engine (due to crackwalk, not the accident) checked out. The car needs several things though. The airbags have been deployed and not yet replaced. It needs new carpet, a headliner, and probably a new right fender. Howmuch should I expect to be putting into the car for each of these items (not including paint):
Steering Wheel
Airbags
Headliner
Front Passanger Fender

The car runs and drives wheel. It has 83K miles on it and he said he would take $3500. Any thoughts/concerns? Thanks in advance for answering all of my newbie questions.

$100 for each air bag
fender = OEM or aftermarket ?
headliner cheep if ya redo it your self.

Probably OEM Fender and I would probably do the headliner myself but I'm just getting all possible numbers together.
