Need opinions on Mirror color choice

Hey people, first post here, anyway.. I just bought a set of EDM eclipse mirrors on ebay and cant decide on the color to repaint them, as they are red now with peeling clearcoat. I'm thinking Gloss black or Vht's Anodized purple. My car is monarch green, I painted my headlight housings and gsx calipers the vht purple. Purple would match those 2 but part of me feels it wouldn't flow. Black or purple? Thanks for any suggestions.

Plasti dip matte black or gloss it and there is many other color check there wed site at DipYourCar.com and YouTube. Hope this makes your decision a little easier.

Although you already have some purple details, i'd personally go with black, since black matches with anything. As mentioned above you could try plasti dipping the mirrors so that if you truly don't like it, you can just peel it off and choose another color.

Also just out of curiosity, how much did you get the mirrors for? I've been looking for a set myself..

Use a computer and change the color of the mirrors. That way you can see both before you spend money. I prefer black, but then my whole car is black.

Just pay to get it color matched to the car. I think black mirrors are tacky when the rest of the car is a different color.

Not sure If its something you're into, but I think it would look pretty cool wrapped in carbon fiber. I might end up doing it with mine, but then again my car is white with black and red.

I think the best thing you can do is paint them Monarch Green like the rest of your car to be honest, especially the EDM mirrors. They're a rare piece of DSM history but they really don't flow as well with the body lines and the fixed USDM mirrors do, painting them an obnoxious color will make them look even goofier.

Get them painted to match your car. It will look tons better! If you wanted the black look a can of plasti dip can fix that up real quick.

Got em for $174, from a german seller on ebay, gsxdude. If you're looking for mirrors or EDM tails hes had others posted but sold. I figured I'd pick them up before they dont come around anymore. Carbon fiber I would love but I'd get so frustrated trying to wrap those things. I think ill be going with the monarch, I didn't even consider that color tbh but I think it will look really good. Thanks for the feedback guys.
