need info on a turbo

a buddy of mine gave me a turbo and i dont really know much about it, like if i want to sell it or talk about it
can anyone assist?
it says "A/R . 70 M43 L GARRETT" on the side and he told me its a 60-1 turbo.

That should give you a general idea of just the Garrett 60-1 turbo price new, depending on the turbine wheel you've got determines spool time so if its got the bigger wheel it can be very laggy without a stroker.
