i was going to replace my thermostat and i proceeded to take of the bolts and both of the heads snapped off. so i went to the dealer and got the bolts and wanted to know if there was an easier way to take the bolts out. i am in the process of drilling them but cant get them out to save my life. i have sprayed wd40 on them but they are not budging any input would be greatly appreciated if it is to vague i apologize

If they broke off at the heads then you can try using PB blaster, a torch, and a vice grips. Your other option is to drill them out entirely and then purchase a helicoil kit to fix the mess that you make. Check google if you don't know what I'm talking about.

yea thanks guys i got it out i went and got easy outs and pulled the screws out after breaking like 4 of them i finaly got them out

I am the master of breaking bolts and fixing them. The pb blaster is very good to use.You can get back out bits.(sears, autozone,or places like that I don't know what you have around you.)First you drill a small hole then you use the back out bit to take it out.How it works is the bit threads are reverse so when you drill in it will pull it out.If you need more info get back with me and I will help you.But if you get them you will see how they work and you will not need me.
