Need help with time

I was able to get all the other things except the left time to exactly the right time.

When trying to time the cams the left cam was slightly off assuming because of the springs ( i don’t know barely anything about cars ) was told by a friend that it should be okay and have no issues but want to double check, is there any issues with this?

I was able to move the left cam so the marks on the cam lined up, but the belt doesn’t sit flat on top of both cams when it’s like this, i think i’ve got to be missing something but have zero clue what it is

Youre at least a tooth off. Looks like more. Not just one gear, both. Bottom looks wrong also on oil pump. Hard to tell from camera angle.

Yeah I thought so, I ended up stopping for tonight there cuz it got super late going to start back on it tomorrow to get everything back in time, Will update with pictures + videos to get some feedback if it looks good before i close it up.
