need help with pistons

is there any company that makes aftermarket pistons that are oem spec for the 420a..i really dont have the money to pull the block and bore the chambers to .02 over like the je pistons require, so i was just wondering if there are any oem spec aftermarket pistons for the 420a...ive searched and found nothing, im hoping some one can shed some light on the subject
