Need help with ms2 setup

you should try and find a portfueler plate so you can run an extra set(4) injectors to control fuel with megasquirt while in boost so you can leave the stock ecu controlling the stock injectors while not in boost. You can have a shop cut out a portfueler plate if you cant find a used one anywhere.

Would that cause it to run any different? Or would that be any harder to tune? Because you could run megasquirt and the stock ECU then and not have to worry about emissions at all and still have it run well
