Need help with missing belt??

Im still going trough this car i just bought, and i noticed its missing a belt. If you guys could help me with the purpose of it, and maybe the size and how to install it? I would greatly appreciate it. This is a pic i found on google, I high lighted the part in question in yellow, thanks!!!

ac belt! just go to the local parts store and pick up a new ac belt and hopefully the rest of the system is still good!
