Need help with car missing.

Hi all, Just put a good coil on my car all hooked up corectly but the car still misses, put new wires on the car still misses and changed the plugs with platnium ngks gapped correctly. What eles could be the problem. Car also started running rich falls on its face when you rev it fast. Staring to piss me off. Car was falling on its face before so i changed the ecu with one with leaky caps but it fixed that problem and ran good you could rev it all that now its doing it again about a month later.

Sounds like... you chose the wrong plugs for sure. You should be running NGK BPR6ES's gapped at .028. Secondly, you should start looking into emissions/fuel sensors such your 02 sensor, injectors, and other related misc sensors which effect open/closed loop like your TPS or coolant temp sensor.

If none of these are the issue, and you changed your ECU out and it fixed it for a month but now it's doing it again....you may want to check into wiring or the new ECU.

I had bought a eprom ecu for a 90 also but it had leaky caps but when I put it on the car it ran great. The ecu that was on the car looks clean but makes the car run like crap.

Leaking Cap = Absolutely negative. That needs to be repaired immediately. You will damage more with a bad ECU than you want.

The coolant sensor should be good cause it reads proper temp. The injectors were good they are 560s. My egr is blocked off with a plate and all lines are capped and closed off so no emmisions. How would i go about checking the o2 sensor.

Waitwaitwaitwaitwait....you have 560CC injectors? Are they pink on top?

Do you have a tuning method?

I know they are bad but for the time it worked. I guess I should get this out there this car is a garage queen its not titled or street driven just sits in the garage and when it was running good was drove down the ally. I got this car 2 months ago in parts and have been piecing it back together since.

Please check my page if you wanna see whats in the car I do my best to keep it up to date. I have a safc all 0 out doing nothing really but hooked up, and a palm data logger.

I dont know what color they are but they are evo injectors.

I know they say 560 on the side and I dont remember but I think they might be pink. Ill go look right now and let you know in like 1 minuet.

Yes the injectors are pink tops.

Ill entertain any ideas have all my info if needed from a log while running and a wot rev.
