Need help with 1G 2G swap

I have a car, 1G engine into a 2G car. The place I got it from used it for parts and I got it so cheap I could make money parting it out. I managed to get it running until the fuse box burned up. Now I'm replacing the wire harness and I have a few questions.

The new harness has a big oval shaped plug I assume goes to an ECM, but existing ECM is already plugging in with completely different plugs. The oval shaped plug comes through the passenger side fender (I removed a blank rubber piece to put new harness in), existing ECM wire comes through under the A/C blower. Everything is plugged in and I wonder can I just leave the oval shaped plug sitting unused?

I'm not replacing the whole harness, Pic #3 shows the plug between the new harness and the other half I want to leave.

Also the car came with a GReddy E-manage and turbo timer that were not connected. I need help connecting these.

I just need to put back the body parts and oil pan. The car starts up with a flick of the key! All I need now is an oil pan gasket. (And no, I don't run the engine without oil. I took the oil pan off after a test drive.)
