need help turbo/manilfold

are any of your guys t3/t4 turbo sitting hella close to your block just wondering and if so any problems because of it

I have about enough room to slip a credit card between the exhaust housing and the block. It's also really tight between the compressor and the motor mount.
The exhaust housing was actually touching the block when installed. After I had spoken to 2 reliable sources (slowboy and a local porche racing team) I had ground down the exhaust housing to allow a small amount of clearance. I have not had any problems

Ya, just like stated above you have to shave a small amount from the exhaust housing and depending on how bad it is you might have to shave a small amount of the block as well. BUT be CAREFUL just a litle to much and your engine could be toast. I have seen it happen personally.
