I've got to take my wastegate off and theres a little cotter pin going through the flapper holding the wg arm onto the flapper. Its been broken off and theres a bend in the middle of it and theres not enough on each side to get ahold of to do anything with. Anyone got suggestions?

I'm not sure what state it's in, but here's how I take mine off (but mine's not damaged):

Get a pair of pliars and get one side of the pliar jaws on the wastegate arm shaft/pin right next to the clip and the other on the two ends of the "C" of the clip such that when you squeeze the pliers, the one side pushes the "C" off of the shaft. Be careful that you don't bend the ends of the "C" up or down - you should be pushing it along the groove in the flapper pin.

If it's badly damaged, I'd see about getting a new one and throw the old one away.

Edit - I see, not the actuator arm clip. Nevermind.

I tried punching it but it wouldn't budge and I accidetnly got the punch stuck in the little slot so I got pissed off, threw(not litterally more like "plopped") the hammer on top of valve cover, it slid off and hit the edge of the punch and it shot the rest of the cotter pin out. I'm going to have to take my wg arm back off again and back it down once the engine cools off. It went from 13psi to 20+++ I didn't stay in it long enough to see where it went to but I have yet began to see what this little ol td06h 20g is really capable of :)

I just have a violent temper and a very short one at that. I tend to break shit when Im mad LOL

Why did you spike so bad? Bad actuator?

When the wastegate was installed, the arm was moved out to where it would just slide over onto the flapper so the flapper was opening before it was making full boost.

And the wastegate opening early caused boost spike?

No, no spike but hella lag thats for sure. Now it spikes 2psi high then settles back down to 16. I can live with that and hopefully when I install my new MBC it won't spike, and if it does, oh well.
