Need help quickly

I got underneath my car to bleed the slave cylinder because my car was hard to shift after a high speed run ( see tached out in 5th ). When I was under there I noticed some marks on the flywheel so I busted out the handly flashlight and saw something weird. The flywheel has been grinding up against the transfer case, you can see shavings rolled up on the transfer case and marks made by the material of the case. It has never done this until last night. Did my crank walk the dog ? The motor is a 93 7 bolt, and no I didnt put it in there the previous owner did. Thoughts ?

i would pull the tranny and take a look and see what is happening, he might have the wrong flywheel on it.

I figured it out, the front tranny bolt close to the slave cylinder worked its way loose, therefore pushing the tranny away from the block. I figured it was something simple but that was just obvious .
