2G Need help quick, Random lights flashing and wont start anymore

Hi I bought a 1996 Eclipse 2 months ago and I am getting some electrical problems that don't let my car start. It was running yesterday but now its not even trying to crank. It was very random, some times it would start, right up, and other times it would takes several times of turning it on and off for it to even crank.

I changed the battery out for another one and it started making the hazard lights blink and not turn off, same with the rest of the car lights.

I was also driving yesterday and the check engine light came on but there was no difference while driving.

Also some random dash lights just show up out of nowhere. For example the fog light lamp never turned on, til yesterday when I was driving.

It is also colder than normal today

The hazards and other lights coming on sounds like a security system/alarm going off because it thinks it’s being stolen. Usually inserting the key in the door and holding it to unlock usually works for most vehicles.
The CEL I would scan and see what the code is.

Ok thanks i will give it a try, but i changed the battery again and it started working and started up, but the main front and rear lights stay on if the battery is connected, also the engine light turned off
