KY coilovers all around
Slotted and Drilled rotors

My advice would be to steer clear of the whole "50-Trim / 60-Trim" Garrett hyrbid line if you want something with reliability.

A 20G would be a fine choice, btu a Holset HX35 or BW S256 in a DSM bolt-on housing would outlast, outflow, and outperform any journal bearing Garrett 50, 54, 57, or 60-trim.

i was looking into a hx 35 just dont like having to use the vband

what turbo would you recommend i want good power but dont want to spend 1k on one i know holset is a way to go anything else?

why not go v-band?? I built my system specificaly for v-band. they are very easy to use and ive had no problems with mine!!!

You don't need to use a vband with the Holset. It depends on how you want to setup the Holset.

If you're referring to the one on the compressor outlet, that can be ground down in less than 5 minutes allowing a 2.5" coupler to slide right over.

Personally I think v-bands are almost a necessity on a car like a DSM that is disassembled a lot. Don't like removing four hard-to-reach bolts to get the o2 housing off or tired of slipping wrenches off the downpipe flange because of clearance issues? One v-band and the o2 housing and downpipe can be dropped.

V-bands seal tight and DON'T blow off. I'm seriously contemplating using a v-band for every connection of the intercooler piping on my AWD.
