Need Help: Name this hose?

Hey guys I just installed my new tranny and I have an extra hose now. On the intake pipe there are two hoses coming off of it. The upper hose (closest to the MAS) goes to the valve cover breather right? Now the other hose goes where? Right now its just sitting there because I don't know where it goes. I searched and i found somewhere that its supposed to go to the BOV, But I already have a hose there that goes from the BOV to the throttle body, so where did I go wrong?

Its called a BOV recirculating hose, it should go from your BOV to your intake before the turbo.

There is a second small hose that should go to your boost control solenoid.

Is it a vacuum line??? Or is it larger than that?

ok so if the one from teh BOV goes to the intake hose before the turbo, where does the one from the throttle body go to? IF your looking at the throttle body its the one on the left.

the larger hose is the bov recirculaing hose. without it hooked up the maf's readings will be off and the car could possilbly run roughsince air is leaving the intake. also do your self a favor and hook a breath or oil catch can up to the valve cover so all that oil does not end up in your intercooler

the hose from the BOV is skinny and the other one I have left is bigger.

Is the hose that you have left about an inch or more in diameter?

Ok sorry to confuse you guys. On the intake hose there are 3 hoses. Starting from teh upper hose (closest to the MAS) that goes to teh valve cover breather. then right next to that is another hose that I can't seem to find were it goes to. Under that is the big fat hose that comes from the BOV. Ok on my BOV I have that fat hose on teh bottom and a skinny hose on top that runs to the throttle body.

Hit me up, but Im pretty sure since its bigger that its the recirculating hose.

The intake has 3 hoses coming off it. 2 about 1/2 inch diameter, one to VC breather and the other to the evap canister. The 3rd hose on the intake is the 1? inch bov recirc hose/dump hose. Theres also a vac nipple on the mas right by the pipe this is part of the stock bcs setup and usually gets capped.

The bov should have a medium size vac hose going to the intake manifold from the top and the big dump tube going into the intake pipe.

Just read your post and you're definately dealing with the evap hose. It goes to the evap canister which is a round can molunted underneath the battery tray

Sounds like it's the hose form the charcoal canister which is under your battery.
