Need Advice: Intercooler, Clutch, Exhaust

I am gathering parts for a mild build. The list includes:
Holset HX35 BEP .55 Bolt on Housing
FP Exhaust Mani
Map Performance 02 Housing
Tial 38mm Wastegate
Ecmlink V3
Speed density
Megan Downpipe 3in

With these parts, and of course more, I plan to push 500hp or so. Now The parts in Question are:

Exhaust: Really like the Thermal and the Megan and the Megan seems to be way cheaper (200 bucks Less). Are These both good exhaust? What is your Thought of one vs the other.

Intercooler: I Really am hurting hear. I wont one that will cool the amounts of air from the 35 and keep the intake temps down. I have looked at the PR kit, VRspeed, and ETS. Please chime in with any input as This is where I need the most advice.

Clutch: I plan one running the Act Extreme Pressure Plate with a Sprung Southbend Kevlar Disk Mounted to a Streetlite Flywheel. If you can think of a better combination Please chime in.

Exhaust: Thermal for sure
FMIC: VRSF
Clutch: ACT PP with the SB disc, be careful with the flywheel though as they don't recommend running that setup for DD'ing.

Almost the same setup as myself..

Exhaust really depends on what you want. Having one made to your taste would be the best but any exhaust will work. Get the eBay exhaust and put a new muffler on it if you want a different tone.

FMIC: All acceptable choices and it's just a preference for you

Clutch: I personally run a full Fidanza setup and love it; 4.3 ceramic 6 puck clutch kit on their aluminum flywheel (replaceable friction surface FTW)
