I've been searching for intercooler piping for the past 6 hours and cant find any. I need it for the normal front mount not the short route could someone please help me find a set at a decent price.

Thanks

Just buy a universal kit that comes with a couple ubends, straights, and some 3ply couplers..... then all you need is a hack saw or any saw with a metal cuting blade... thats how i did mine. Its might take a little longer to do but you can run it how you like it and most universal kits only run like $175 i will see if i can find you one

I want a kit that has the opening for a bov flange. No one around can bend me pipes the only place that can he can only bend 2inch.

Its going to be a 20g but I really need help I want order this tonight so I have it when my intercooler gets here but i have questions?

A 20G flows 650-675 CFM's....I'm inclined to think 3" piping would kill your spool time. Better stick to 2.5" and leave the 3" piping for cars that are race-only.

What are your other questions? How to make a BOV hole? A 1.25" holesaw works fine. The flange will have to be welded.

Ok my brother is a certified welder so im good there. Now say I have a greddy bov should I buy the flange kit for the bov and then weld it on?

Yea, pick up the flange kit for the BOV there pretty cheap anyway.

By the way if your brother is a welder, why not pick up a universal kit and have him cut it up and weld it?

I would do that but I dont think he welds aluminum and if I go with that idea then I want to find a kit that includes everything I need.

Well, you were saying that your brother can't weld aluminum, and I added that all of the universal piping kits I've installed in the past were mild steel. That means that he will be able to weld the flange for you.

The only aluminum intercooler piping I've seen came with a Punishment 1G FMIC kit that I bought last year. I'm not saying it's rare, but it will probably cost more than steel piping. In a market where price rules, I'm sure most eBay piping is steel.

You can get mild, alum, and SS bend kits here. The IC piping kits are a little thinner to save weight I think.

if your brother can weld steel, he should be find on that stuff. I made my own and I'm not certified. however, they are caked with JB weld ;)

The silicone you can get at www.siliconeintakes.com everything I've gotten from them has been really great. You can get their T-bolt clams, I hear napa has T-bolt clamps, and I've always been fine running regular old worm gears up to about 15psi. Dunno what happens after that...

Yea i think im just going to find someone that can bend 2.5 pipes for me it doesnt matter what its made of as long as it works.
