Hey guys So just got my new first gen.. got a little situation here and would liek your advice.

First of all I'm on a budget cant really afford a dsmlink right now so ### dont suggest that , will get in the future.

I noticed the car has a rewired fuel pump... So i asked my self... wonder if its stock or what. Was whining like crazy so was thinking maybe a walbro. Well thats what it is. The car has a re wired Walbro.

Problem is... Im stock that I know of... Injectors are blue top, arent those stock 450cc? Im at 7-8PSI on my boost gauge.

Now I have a 2g maf sitting in my garage.

What do you guys suggest to compensate for this richness... ?

install the 2g MAF? LEave it as it is? get 550cc and 2g MAF and boost to like 15-17PSI

As of right now I have the maf setup ( not installed yet). Dont have the bigger injectors yet.

510-550cc and 2MAF work wonderfully together I keep reading. Think will still be a little rich but not like I am now for sure.

P.S btww just cross referenced the walbro part number it is a

High-Pressure
255 ltr/hr pump .. rewired on stock everything.

No wonder it was whining like crazy and smelled like fuel LOL

blue are stock 1g 450cc.. 2g i believe are black 450cc
a fuel pump wont make it run rich unless you overload to fuel press reg..
i would definately get a wideband as soon as you have the cash.. hard to tell if your rich or lean without one.. i recently got the innovate lc1 for around $200.. instal was easy and its suppose to be one of the most accurate on the market now days

Oh I thought the 255 if rewired would over power the stock FPR? Ill just get a AFPR then I guess thats the thing that has to be done.
