Need a front mount

I have a 97 GST, I need a front mount but I don't know which is best for my car, at this point, money is not an option, it want it to work correctly. I also need to find a way to keep my front end from hopping whenever I launch. I am obviously new at this, but I want to buy quality parts and make sure everything is correct so there wont be "many" problems. Any Ideas?

What are the mods you have on your 2G?

a popular 2G FMIC is the greddy, or you can try SBR or AGP. As for traction get prothane motor mounts, adjustable shocks (softest in the front & hardest in the back. This will eliminate weight transfer), LSD, some wide sticky tires. This is about the best you can do in a FWD besides going to slicks

I have a big 16g turbo, ibach pro kit lowering springs, Greddy BOV, and.....
oh, I just got a ACT 2100 installed, what a pain in the butt that was. There's one more thing but I can't rmember what it is, it's something in expensive.
Where can I find prothane motor mounts, are those the ones that are really stiff?
What kind of tires, name brand, do you recomend?

since you dont have a profile [ hint hint: update it! ] i'll assume that's all the mods you have. although an FMIC will benefit you, there are other things you may want to concentrate on before getting an FMIC. things like the rest of stage 1 in the
tuning guide

intake, exhaust, fuel pump, MBC, boostgauge.. [skip out on the intercooler piping though since you'll be replacing them anyway ] then I think you'd be ready to go FMIC. once again though, you'll be able to go FMIC if you choose to now.

i hear great things about the SBR one, bad things about the greddy 24R... just do a search

there are also some good side mount intercoolers that would be more affordable and still handle decent hp. Follow the tuning guide.. im going with a hahn racecraft sidemount unless i can find a good deal on a front mount.

EBAY has good deals on FMIC's, much better prices than any vendor.
